The new version of the Community Networking Driver for ESXi has fixed the issue when using Intel vPro. PSOD could occur if the KVM connection is active during the boot process. Now it is possible to install and boot the ESXi via KVM.

In my home lab, Intel vPro is used on the Intel NUC11TNHv5. Now the Intel NUC is a real alternative to my older Supermicro server.

Many thanks to the entire Fling team.
