What a year!
The pandemic just won’t stop. Many of you, like me, work from home and just wish for better times.
News like this makes me even happier in this complicate times.
I am very proud to be named a vExpert seven times in a row. The work and the projects with the VMware products are exciting and bring a lot of fun.

The Unified Access Gateway (UAG) can be used as gateway or reverse proxy and enables access to EUC products.
Using VMware’s powershell scripts, a new UAG can be quickly deployed or an older version can be replaced in minutes. Typically, this can be done without a user noticing.
Last week I encountered a bug in the VMware WebClient in conjunction with NSX. When a VM is selected, no information about NSX Security Tags and Groups is displayed in the summary. Instead, only rotating circles are visible.
The next product gets the new version identification. After Horizon 8, sorry Horizon 20.06, VMware this week released the new version of the Unified Access Gateway (UAG).
Besides the possibility to install future Photon OS updates during the boot process, the Health Monitor can now also be accessed via port 80. This is only a small part. It will be more detailed in this article.
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.8 resolves a specific issue identified in VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.7, which could affect both new NSX customers as well as customers upgrading from previous versions of NSX.
